Building a stronger, more formidable body and a resilient mind, we arm you with the tools to take on what life throws at you.
HOW WE DO IT
Using the foundation of martial arts, our programs are built to push you both physically and mentally.
Physically, we teach you martial art skills to protect you by creating a fitter, stronger and faster body, just like a warrior.
Mentally, our goal is to create long lasting healthy habits that improve your everyday life and molding your warrior mindset.
MEET BLAIR
Bringing 10 years of martial art and fitness experience to the table, Blair is the heart and soul of BattleFit Coaching. Finding his passion for coaching in his early years he has spent most of the 10 years upskilling himself with some of the best coaches around the world.
Outside coaching Blair is an active Muay thai and MMA fighter making his mark in the amateur fight scene which was put on hold as he spent time living overseas.
Destined to make any training session fun and full of laughs you will always be in safe hands under our head coach Blair.
